Please read these terms carefully before using the 365ac platform. By accessing the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these rules.
Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 365ac platform ("Platform", "Site" or "Service") and all related services. This document forms a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 365ac.
By accessing the 365ac website, opening an account, or using any game or betting service, you are explicitly declaring that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all clauses of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Membership and Account Registration

2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 365ac support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account in such cases.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
365ac reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require submission of a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
- Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
- The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
- 365ac reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
- 365ac reserves the right to hold withdrawals until account verification (KYC) is complete.
- Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the offer.
- Each bonus has a set validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
- Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at 365ac's discretion.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Any attempt to abuse the 365ac system or bonus process will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
4.3 VIP Program
The 365ac VIP program has four tiers. There is an opportunity to earn weekly cashback at each tier. The tiers are as follows:

Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
365ac is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Results are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No player or third party can influence this process.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to win by dishonest means.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Colluding with other players to deceive the platform.
- Using multiple accounts.
5.3 Game Cancellation and Technical Errors
If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error or system failure, 365ac will endeavour to refund the amount wagered in that round. However, claims for abnormal or impossible winnings displayed due to any technical issue will not be considered valid.
365ac bears no responsibility for any disruption to a game caused by an internet connection failure.
Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365ac platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund flows.
- Creating an account using another person's identity.
- Hacking, transmitting viruses or malicious code.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or database.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
- Filing false chargeback claims.
- Operating multiple accounts for commission purposes.
- Allowing minors to access the platform.
6.2 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
In the event of any of the above prohibited activities or a breach of these Terms, 365ac reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. The balance held in the account may be forfeited in such cases.
365ac reserves the right to close any account at its own discretion without stating a reason. However, for regular users, any valid balance will be returned.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
7.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content on the 365ac platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game content, sounds and other elements — is covered by the intellectual property rights of 365ac or its respective suppliers. Copying, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
7.2 Limited Use Permission
A limited permission is granted to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. This permission is non-transferable and is subject to these Terms.
Privacy and Data Protection
The manner in which your personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in the 365ac Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you are also accepting the Privacy Policy.
365ac uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. However, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security of data transmitted over the internet.
We will never ask for your password or full payment details by email or chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and notify the support team.

10.2 Liability for Losses
365ac will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures. Any disputes or complaints will be addressed through the support team.

365ac reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notification to your registered email address, though this is not mandatory.
12.2 Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Entire Agreement
